These Terms govern your use of CareerSync at careersync.best. By registering or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

Service

CareerSync helps job seekers discover and match live vacancies using CV uploads, search preferences, automated discovery, and AI-assisted review. Results are typically delivered by email as CSV reports. Matching quality depends on available public job sources, your CV content, and third-party systems.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and pricing

Paid access is sold as a time-limited subscription (currently LKR 1,899 for 30 days, unless a different price is shown at checkout). Payment may be made by bank transfer or PayHere card checkout where enabled. Access is granted after successful payment confirmation (automatic for verified PayHere payments; manual verification for bank transfers).

Acceptable use

You may use CareerSync only for lawful personal or professional job-seeking purposes. You must not upload malicious files, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape or resell our outputs at scale without permission, or misuse another person’s data.

No employment guarantee

CareerSync does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes. Job listings come from third-party sources and may change, expire, or contain errors outside our control.

Intellectual property

The CareerSync website, branding, and software remain our property. You retain rights to your CV content. You grant us a limited licence to process your CV solely to provide the matching service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerSync is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from third-party websites, payment processors, email delivery failures, or inaccurate job data. Our total liability for any claim related to a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for that subscription period.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the service features from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted on this page constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
